We want you to love our products as much as we do, which is why at Carra Lee Collective we do our utmost to ensure all products are manufactured to the highest standard.
We understand sometimes purchases just don’t work out, which is why we are proud to offer refunds and exchanges on our full priced items, and items purchased using ambassador codes. Please note, products purchased as part of a site promotion or discount are unable to be returned for refund, but we are happy to exchange for item or credit note.
Items purchased as part of a Warehouse Sale (or from our Sale Page) are final sale only and are unable to be returned or exchanged.
Any refunds or exchanges must be applied for within 14 days of purchase (or within 14 days of package delivery for online orders).
All refunds will be made by way of the original payment method.
Exchanges may be made for items of the same or lesser value. Any difference in cost may be transferred to store credit, to be used within a 12-month period.
Online orders may be exchanged or returned in our James St store in Burleigh Heads.
Applying for a refund or exchange
Should you wish to apply for a refund or exchange, please ensure any items you are returning meet the following requirements:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, or package delivery
- Items must have garment and swing tags still attached
- Items must be returned in their original state, having been neither worn nor washed
- If returning items by post, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the relevant order number and details of the return. Please then send your items to:
Please note that you are responsible for any costs associated to shipping your return, as well as ensuring your return arrives safely to the Carra Lee team. If you paid for shipping at the time of your initial purchase, these costs will not be refunded.
Based on the above criteria being met, we will endeavour to assess and action your request within three business days, from the time of receiving your package. During this time, you will be notified as to whether a refund or exchange will be processed.
Should requirements not be met, Carra Lee Collective reserves the right to decline any exchange or refund. In this instance product/s will be returned to you.
We aim to make this process a seamless experience and have you back in your favourite Carra Lee Collective product again as soon as possible.
