Grab your bestie, we’re getting sweaty! HIIT workout’s can be the best way to get a good session in without spending too long in the gym. This workout was designed to be done anywhere at any time and can be done with or without weights.

  1. Start with a good stretch to get those muscles warm
  2. 30 x Jump squats
  3. 30 x Lunges (15ea leg)
  4. 30 x Mountain climbers (15ea leg)
  5. 40 x Partner heel taps (20ea leg)

Repeat x 4 and make sure you cool down!
