- Start with a good stretch to get those muscles warm
- 30 x Jump squats
- 30 x Lunges (15ea leg)
- 30 x Mountain climbers (15ea leg)
- 40 x Partner heel taps (20ea leg)
Repeat x 4 and make sure you cool down!
